“ I ate here based on someone's recommendation. My guest and I both had drinks. I had the King of the Pirates and my guest had the Bruce Lee Chi Martini. The cool thing about their drink was that it is topped with a soap bubble. The drinks were good. Both of us had the Garlic Fried Shrimp which is stir fried rice with garlic, shrimp, scallop, calamari, scallion, onion, and edamame. It was very flavorful. The service was good. I liked the ambiance. ”
“ We went on a Monday night at 5pm and we were seated immediately. My mom and I had items from the happy hour menu. Everything was delicious and decently priced! Definitely would come again. ”
“ The most amazing drinks I've ever had. Fabio is a great bartender. Don't skip out on this place ”
“ Roosterspin is a great twist on a Korean bar! I love the decor as they have vinyls all over the bar on the walls. The drinks are great especially during happy hour when it's slightly cheaper! The atmosphere is fun, sometimes they have a DJ, which really bumps up the mood. The food is good, not the best, I've had better Korean food in K-Town NYC and in Fort Lee, NJ but for the Central NJ area it's decent. Get the chicken wings and the kimchi fries! I would skip the rolls. The service was okay, sometimes during the busiest times, it can be super slow. ”
“ Visit Roosterspin during happy hour (3-6) for a relaxed atmosphere and a solid selection of appetizers and signature drinks. The hibiscus margarita is a standout--definitely worth trying. I also enjoyed the snowcorn sushi roll, especially with the entertaining presentation. Alejandro and Fabio are excellent bartenders, so be sure to tip them generously! ”
“ This was our first time at Roosterspin and their fantastic happy hour deals will have us back for more. Food: the crispy shrimp app was our favorite. The sauce was sweet and sticky, and the shrimp perfectly fried. The cheese curds were okay, not sure I'd get them again. The fries were more like potato wedges, but delicious nonetheless. They were super crispy, with a soft pillowy interior. The fried chicken left a bit to be desired. The texture was spot on, but it was lacking a bit of flavor (maybe more sauce)? The sandwich was our favorite. Perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and the honey butter chips were addicting. Ambiance: this is a pretty cool spot that offers a karaoke room in the back and has a huge shelf wall of vinyls. It's a really neat place with more modern decor. Service: service was a bit slow. We were the only ones there but found that we were waiting for our water to be refilled. However, our server was very nice and our food came out rather quickly. ”
“ Visited Dec 2023 Cute spot to take a date or meet up with friends, one of which is moving way over to St Louis Missouri, waaaaaaah! This was the spot we chose to meet up for our last Jersey outing, for good:-((( Letting go is never easy but so necessary... I digress! Nice place for casual dining, aesthetically pleasing, kinda speak easy feel, dark and sexy! Food was good, tried many things, too full to finish but well satisfied. The service was excellent, forgot the name of the bartender/server but she did an excellent job attending to us. Drinks were delicious. Go give it a try if you're in the area! That's all YELPies! Enjoy! ”
“ Monday -Friday happy hours run to 7pm. However the price for the alcohol won't make you too happy - $11 for a flavored margarita and $7 for a house wine. The live DJ was wonderful but then you have to shout to communicate, not a place for a date or a quiet conversation. Food was delicious but the selections were extremely limited. Mango salad was delicious and sufficient to share for up to four people. Always double fried chicken was juicy, tender, not greasy. The veggie bowl was surprisingly tasty. ”
